OBJECTIVES

The purpose of this project is to implement the A3 TEAM Pack Portal Professional SaaS solution as a tool for payroll and Human Resources management. The A3 functional modules that will be implemented in Telice are: Payroll, Personnel Administration and Employee Portal.

HR: comprehensive HR management: integration, optimization and decentralization in a very adaptable way of all HR processes (Personnel administration, vacations, training, evaluation, nominal, performance evaluation, selection, management of expense notes, and management of time etc.

► Advantages for control: integrated and centralized management: global view of the team and all its administrative tasks (pending requests, approvals, refusals, management of evolutions) knowledge of your team, personnel and CV files, task planning, and development of equipment (training).

► Advantages for the employee: maximum simplicity and ease of use, employee meeting point, access to payroll receipts, withholding certificates and any other personnel documentation, update of personal data and CV, work calendar, permits, access to formative catalogs.

-Overall tool for the management of people in the organization

-Elimination of papers, Excel sheets and other external databases. Have a single application where you can completely manage the employee’s file.

-Generation of customizable and integrated listings in MS OFFICE

-Manage and update the agreements automatically.

-Keep the updated application to legal changes in real time through online updates
