OCL, OVERHEAD CONTACT LINES

Telice provides multiple services as a contractor of leading railway administrations; as well as a subcontractor of large industrial and construction companies for the implementation of all types of Overhead Contact Line projects:
  • High-speed rails, conventional railway and trams
  • Building of new railroad lines, refurbishment and overhauling existing lines, and electrification of obsolete non-electrified lines
Our installation teams can carry out large and small projects with high flexibility and reliability. TELICE's capabilities cover the entire project lifecycle from analysis on the field through design, installation, testing, service commissioning and maintenance.

Catenary and Overhead Contact Line Solutions

We provide detail engineering services for carrying out:
  • Restatement of ground layouts.
  • Transversal profiles: selection and calculation of foundations, masts, structures, gantry and cantilever brackets.
  • Longitudinal profiles: rod supports, crossovers, gages and other specialized requirements.
We build cylindrical concrete foundations using equipment and processes adapted to all railway environments: both in daily operations and under construction. Our rotation drilling machines has been designed exclusiveliy by Telice to not invade the gauge of adjacent tracks and reducing time on disrupting traffic schedules.
Our PLO (overhead line local operations post) enables the performance of maneuvers, control and supervision (SCADA) of the overhead line circuit breakers adapted to the needs of each installation: devices for trains, metros and trams, and both conventional and high-speed rail.
The tCat® work station was designed to please the needs of all electrification works and to obtain the geometric parameters of the overhead line and track.
Thanks to its automatic operation, parameter acquisition time is reduced and this in turn reduces operator intervention. The system will locate the object to be measured and display the obtained value both numerically and graphically, recording it to an internal database and/or Excel table. All records can be exported to XML, DXF, etc. for later analysis at the office.
